Sales:

         1. Sale and Purchase of goods:

Sri Lalit Distributors (“Seller”) acknowledge to sell, and You (“buyer”) acknowledge to buy, goods of the description and the quantity selected on the checkout window(“Checkout”) and assimilated here by this reference (“Goods”) on the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. The words “We,” “Us,” and “Our” shall mean Sri Lalit Distributors.

         2. Purchase Price:

The buyer agrees to pay the amount the same as the Purchase Price of the goods listed on this website.

         3. More You Buy Lower the Price:

The purchase price of the Goods depends on the number of items purchased by Buyer. If you buy minimum quantity in many items, then the cost of an individual item will be less. For example, if you select only one item of the price Rs.500 In the total bill, you need to pay the same amount to buy; however, if you buy any items with minimum quantity standards, the price of the same item will be considered less than Rs.500 in total bill.

         4. Payment Terms:

The buyer has to pay the total amount of Purchase Price according to the payment due date described in Checkout Window. Seller holds the right to pursue any remedies available at law or, as provided herein and Buyer, have to reimburse the Seller’s collection, including attorney fees, legal fees, and cost and disbursements any.

         5. Return and Refund:

Once customer will get product at their door step and if found any problem in product then within 72 hours’ from delivery date, customers are able to return purchased products. Customer can add return details on sales@srilalitarts.com .  Once we get product return, within 14 days’ customers will get refund in their payment mode used account. If customers are fails to return product within 72 hours, then we will not liable for any other services.

         6. Delivery:

The delivery product shall be made according to the Seller’s Shipping policy in effect on a shipment date, except the Seller agreed in writing for any other way. Seller shall be providing the estimated times for delivery.

Seller will make credible efforts to deliver as per the estimated dates; however, Seller is not answerable if it does not follow estimated dates. Excluding the case when Seller agreed in writing, Goods shall be packaged following the Seller’s standards and practices.

         7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: 

The receiver is accountable for assuring that the product can be legally imported to the destination country. When buyer order goods from srilalitarts.com, the Buyer is the importer of record and Buyer have to act following the laws and regulations of the destination country.

The import taxes, custom duties, and fees will be added to the order shipped to the outside of India as per the destination country. For an international shipment, the recipient is accountable for the import fees, customs duties, and fees imposed on the Shipment once it reaches the destination country.

The additional customs clearance has to be borne by the receiver; we don’t have any control over these charges, and we cannot estimate the amount of these charges. The recipient should contact the local customs office for detailed information as the customs policies vary from one country to another. If the requirement of custom clearance procedures is necessary, the delivery will be delayed beyond the estimated dates. 

Carrier may collect the customs, duties, and taxes from the recipient if the carrier has already paid taxes to the local customs office on behalf of the recipient. Likewise, the consignee (recipient) is also responsible for Octroi charges, as applicable, and has to pay it to the carrier. 

The recipient will submit the social security number, tax ID, or any such proof of address or business if the customs office requires shipment clearance.  

         8. Disclaimer of Warranty/limitation of liability:

Seller is not answerable for the quality of the Goods or that Goods will be suitable for any specific purpose for which Buyer may be buying the Goods unless otherwise written in this Agreement, and Seller refuse to acknowledge all other warranties and conditions, express or implied.

Seller (together with its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents or subcontractors, all of which are mentioned togetherly as the “seller affiliates”) shall not be responsible under any circumstances to buyer or any other party for any specific, consequential, incidental or exemplary damages emerges out of or in any way associated with the goods or otherwise, including but not limited to impairment for loss of profits, loss of the goods or any associated equipment cost of capital, cost of services, downtime, buyer’s time, lost data, damage to property or amount paid by buyer to other third parties, even of seller or any of the seller affiliates has been advised of the possibilities of such damages. The liability, as mentioned earlier, apply whether any claim is based upon principles of contract, warranty, negligence or other tort, breach or any statutory duty, principles of indemnity or contribution, the failure of any limited or exclusive remedy to retain its crucial purpose, or otherwise.

 

Seller or any seller affiliate shall not be liable to buyer or any other party in any event for loss, damage or injury of any kind or nature arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions above of the net purchase price of the goods delivered to any paid for by buyer hereunder.

Seller denies any warranties or oblegence with observance concerning the goods and none of the seller, or any seller affiliate shall have any responsibility to defend, indemnify or hold harmless buyer from and against any or all damages or cost incurred by buyer ensuing from the non-observance of patents or trademarks or breach of copyrights by any of the goods.

         9. Color Disclaimer:

The color of the actual product will vary slightly from the color of the product you see on a computer or any digital screen. This difference in color is because of the technologies used by computer monitors and fabric, and the non-calibrated monitors can also add this difference. Moreover, the lighting used while taking photographs is also a factor in the color difference between the image on the computer and the actual product. 

         10. Force Majeure: 

Seller shall not be borne responsibly for any non-fulfillment of performance to make delivery in the estimated time of all or any part of the Goods in the event like failure was due, in whole or in parts, to federal, state, or municipal action, statute, decree or regulation, strike or other labour issues, fire or other damage to or destruction of, in whole or in part, the Goods or manufacturing facility for the Goods, the lack of raw materials, labour, fuel, electricity, water or any other cause, the act of God, continency or circumstances not subject to the adequate control of Seller, which causes delays or hinders the manufacture or delivery of Goods. Seller shall decide the extent to which it can reasonably control a cause, contingency, or circumstance that has affected the performance of its obligations.

         11. General:

The buyer may not give this Agreement without the permission of Seller. Seller is the lone intended inheritor of this Agreement. This Agreement shall govern, in the case of any contradiction between this Agreement and any other agreement included or relating to the Goods.

The modification or alteration of this Agreement may not be done without the written agreement of Seller. Any additional changes or altered terms attached to any other submitted by Buyer shall be null and void, except it is agreed in the writing by Seller.

If any term of this Agreement is illegitimate or unenforceable, the legitimacy of remaining provisions shall not be hindered or impaired. This Agreement shall be elucidated under the laws and regulations of Telangana, India, without offering effect to conflicts-of-law rules; and in case of discourse under this Agreement; Buyer has to file exclusive jurisdiction and Telangana will be the venue of jurisdiction and with this waives any objections to such jurisdiction and value.
